KPS Interactive Media GmbH is acting since 1991 as customer interaction and fullservice-provider within the areas of contact center, customer care and fulfillment. The largest customer is CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA – the European market leader of ticketing and provider of live entertainment. Currently, KPS Interactive Media employs a workforce of about 150 and operates more than 60 hotlines primarily of the event and ticket business. KPS offers highest flexibility and individuality, optimized processes and tools as well as more than 25 years of experience in the offered services that always center the customers.
As a fullservice-provider KPS Interactive Media supports its customers with addressing and consulting of the customers on all channels. The scope of duties extends from ticket sales by phone for the areas of sports, music and entertainment to a personal customer care including the fulfillment.
